Doorlean
Doorlean was started in January 2002 and invests in second-hand motor vehicles and trucks through a hybrid floor plan arrangement servicing dealership, mainly in the Pretoria and Johannesburg area.
Doorlean has a rental model whereby they finance the ‘floors’ of these established dealers effectively charging the dealer with a rental rate during the time which the car is being sold. Doorlean business model generates returns of more than four times the industry norms for capital invested in this type of business.
