RTI in partnership with its holding company Rise, provides access to internet services to tenants in high rise buildings. Rise offers a cheaper alternative to GSM data and fibre installations, through the provision of high speed internet access through Wi-Fi access points spread throughout the building.

The counterparty for these services tends to be the landlords that own these buildings. The landlord then supplies the Wi-Fi to their tenants, either as a value added service, or at far more competitive rates than traditional fibre.

The use of Wi-Fi access points has resulted in lower cost data pricing by as much as 50% – 60% in comparison to mobile network operator prices.
