We are hosting a webinar introducing the Jaltech Income Opportunities Fund (“Jaltech IOF”).

The investment offers investors access to the South African private debt market, an asset class typically reserved for large financial institutions.

The fund’s mandate is to deliver attractive, risk-adjusted returns by providing short to medium-term debt funding to established South African businesses with proven track records.

Investors benefit from returns generated primarily through interest income, with a targeted average annual post-tax income of between 12% and 14% (net of fees).
