For investors who have a tax liability but don’t have sufficient liquid capital, we are able to offer investors bridging finance of up to 75% of the capital required.

For example, if an investor (assuming the investor is in the highest marginal tax bracket) wants to invest R1 million into Infinity Anchor Fund but only has available capital of R250 000, Jaltech is able to facilitate funding of R750 000 (bringing the total investment to R1 million).

Under this scenario, the investor’s taxable income will be reduced by R1 million and a portion of the loan will be repaid through the tax refund of R450 000. The remaining loan balance of R300 000 plus interest, would need to be repaid over the term of the loan.
